“Each friend represents a world in us, a world possibly not born until they arrive, and it is only by this meeting that a new world is born.”
But what is it?
The Wilde Hollow began with a love of ephemera, words, and travel. It is multi-dimensional, catering to travelers, relocators, and those looking to explore Richmond and it’s surrounding areas. It is also a place to tell a secret and to be truthful while feeling a sense of belongingness. It is a place that supports RVA as a whole and where you can find direction when needed. We are the new age of enlightenment and we are here to share whispers, dreams, and love. We hope you enjoy the journey.
One for Sorrow, Two for Joy…
Once upon a time I dreamt I was a fashion designer, a mother, a pilot, a hot housewife, a magazine editor. I was never those things. I have been many things, but never a thing that completes me. I have been on a constant journey in my life—exploring, researching, discovering, musing, critiquing—all in one direction or the other. This little dream of mine is direct reflection of who I am as an individual. It is my passion for storytelling, it is my need for connection, and it is my want to help those who are lost that brought me here.
I created this space for other like minded people who want a corner to create and explore while actively participating, romanticizing, and interacting. My plan is to grow the Hollow vast and wide and full of trinkets. This life is too short to live without imagination, without hope, without love. My love for RVA and its denizens is a historic relationship and one I like to help others develop and endure.
